REMEMBER AND PRACTICE DAILY! (88888)

1)stop eating when ure 80% full
2)dinner b4 8pm
3)drink 8 glasses of water
4)sleep 8 hours
5)walk 8K steps a day!

ffuuhhhh.tapi tu sunnah nabi kan utk berhenti makan sebelum kenyang. jom kita practice.

as for me sleep 6-8h sekarang dah possible coz im no longer BF my baby hehe alhamdulillah.tidur lena sekarang tak payah ebm dah.
drink 8 glasses per day oso takda masalah.
dinner before 8pm possible. unless im working extended hour at night.

tapi tapi tapi walks 8000 steps a day..mcm mana ye.huuu sebab bkn kerja kt hospital mcm dulu rajin berjalan 😀
